Hi I'm Katie! It's great to meet you!
Your big day is important. You've poured over centre pieces, dresses, shoes, rings, locations, food, and vendors to make it just right. Let's photograph it just right too.
Capturing the way he watches you walk down the aisle, the little hugs throughout the day, Mom's tears as you say your vows, and full belly laughs during speeches are my fave. We're not capturing a magazine cover, we're taking little snippets of real life to last you forever. I look for the moments in between and the candid shots that you'll show your grandkids one day <3.
I'm a pretty relaxed person and believe in a good time. I love, love, love coffee and trying new craft beers. I'm a big fan of good cheese and rock n' roll. You can usually find me with my nose in a book too.. and I'm secretly obsessed with travel foodie shows... Shhhh! ;)
Fun Facts:
I’m a Professor in the Photography Department at Durham College and sit on the Advisory Board for the Digital Photography and Video Production programs! I have also photographed the Varsity teams for Commercial use!
I'm obsessed with Gilmore Girls and have a tattoo inspired by the show!
I play guitar and am learning bass, piano, mandolin, and the ukulele!
I tend to laugh at my own jokes ;)
